Summary
Specifies if the video capture will be from a preview (Dropping some frames).
Description
Set this property to True to specify that the capture will be
from preview, allowing some frames to be dropped if the
process is too slow.
This mode is useful when the application want to capture without a delay, but some frames dropping is allowed.
