Syntax

Delphi:

property DeviceName : String read FDeviceName write SetDeviceName default 'Default';

C++ Builder:

__property String DeviceName = { read=FDeviceName, write=SetDeviceName, default='Default' };

Description

Use this property to specify the user friendly device name as provided by Windows. Each device in Windows has a unique user friendly device name, and can be identified by it.


Delphi example:

ALAudioIn1.Device.DeviceName := 'Realtek AC97 Audio';

C++ Builder example:

ALWaveLogger1->Device->DeviceName = "Realtek AC97 Audio";

Visual C++(MFC/Win32) example:

ALWaveLogger1.Device.DeviceName = "Realtek AC97 Audio";

Visual C++/CLI example:

waveLogger1->Device->DeviceName = "Realtek AC97 Audio";

C# Example:
