Description
Use this property to specify the upper bound for the range of
uniformly distributed values.
Delphi example:
VLUniformNoise1.High := 200;
C++ Builder example:

Visual C++(MFC) example:
VLUniformNoise1.High = 200;
C# example:
uniformNoise1.High = 200;
